A Rhode Island native, Justin began playing golf at age 14 and competed for Smithfield High School, where GCC served as his home course.

Justin started his career in 2010 at Meadowbrook Golf Club, with a stop at Potowomut Golf Club before moving to La Quinta, CA. At PGA WEST (home of The American Express), he advanced through multiple roles, finishing as 1st Assistant Professional at PGA WEST Private.

A Class A PGA Member since 2018, Justin holds certifications through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Golf Genius, and U.S. Kids Golf, and is also a member of the Club Management Association of America, reflecting his commitment to the broader scope of golf club operations and leadership.

In 2022, Justin and his wife Amanda returned home with their daughter Emma, where he served as Head Professional at Stonington Country Club. The family has since grown with the addition of their second daughter, Mia. Justin and his family now reside in Smithfield—bringing things full circle back to GCC.

Outside of the Club, Justin enjoys time with family, fishing, home projects, basketball, and BBQ—often spending time at the smoker on his Traeger.

Golf Instruction & Junior Clinics

As the season gets underway, instruction is available for anyone looking to get back into the swing of things. Whether it’s a quick tune-up or a more in-depth plan, I’m here to help you reach your goals.

I’m also excited to share that the Junior Instruction Program has been revamped for 2026. Alongside one-on-one instruction, our group clinics bring together juniors of similar age and skill level in a fun, relaxed environment.

Whether your junior is just getting started or already has experience, there’s something for everyone—with a focus on fun, development, and building a lasting love for the game.

Bag Storage

A limited number of bag storage spots are available for the 2026 season. To reserve a spot, please email jturner@pga.com. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you had bag storage last season—or requested it as a new member—you should have received an email today confirming your assigned slot.

Pro Shop Update

  • The Pro Shop officially reopens April 1, featuring new brands like Sun Mountain and Johnnie-O, along with your returning favorites.
  • Be sure to check out the GCC Online Pro Shop and get your gear before opening day! Our Online Pro Shop offers a wide range of options from premium to value-friendly, and brands you wouldn’t otherwise find at the shop.
